Request a New Product Help

Step 1 - Enter the new product's criteria
To begin, select the new product's element, mass number, and product type. Then press the Submit New Product Values button to continue. Click the Clear New Product Fields button to start over.
Step 2 - Check for existing products
Step 2 will display links to any product currently in the catalog that matchs the new product's criteria. Simply click on the link to any product to view its specification in the product catalog. Press the Request a New Product button to continue with this new product request or click the Select Different New Product Criteria button to go back to the previous step.
Step 3 - Configure the new product
In step 3, enter a value for one or more of the new product's requested criteria. Press the Continue with this Product button to continue with this new product request or click the Select Different New Product Criteria button to go back to the first step.
Step 4 - Enter your contact information
In step 4, please enter your contact information and click the Request this New Product button to submit this new product request. Click the Enter Different New Product Criteria button to go back to the previous step.
Step 5 - New product request confirmation
In step 5, you will receive confirmation that your request for a new product was successfully submitted. You will also receive an email to the provided email address confirming that your request for a new product was successfully received by the NIDC. You can click the Go to Product Catalog Home button to go back to the catalog's homepage.
