Preferred Customer Password PIN Number Request Help

Step 1 - Enter your email address and the security code.
To begin, enter and re-enter the email address associated with your NIDC Preferred Customer account and press the Request a Password Pin Number button to submit your request.
Step 2 - Preferred Customer Password PIN Number request confirmation
In step 2, you will receive confirmation that your request for a NIDC Preferred Customer Password PIN number was successfully submitted. You will also receive an email to the provided email address containing the PIN number and directions on how to use the PIN number to generate a new password for your NIDC Preferred Customer account has been sent. This PIN number will expire in 24 hours and will not be accepted by this website after expiration. You can click the Go to Product Catalog Home button to go back to the catalog's homepage.
