Kevin Felker Retires After Decades of Impact in Isotope Science

After 47 remarkable years of dedicated service to Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), we bid a heartfelt farewell to Kevin Felker as he embarks on a well-deserved retirement. Kevin’s commitment, expertise and leadership have left an enduring legacy in the isotope community and beyond. He joined ORNL in 1977 as a chemical engineering assistant and went on to hold numerous impactful roles, including positions with the Radiochemical Engineering Development Center, the Fuel Cycle Research and Development (FCRD) Separations area and most recently with the National Isotope Development Center as Associate Director for Logistics.

As Kevin enters this new chapter, we celebrate his extraordinary contributions and the indelible mark he has made on the isotope community. Thank you, Kevin, for your decades of service, loyalty and impact. Congratulations on a remarkable career, and may your retirement be filled with relaxation and exciting new adventures!
