The Department of Energy Isotope Program (DOE IP) is pleased to announce that manganese-54 (Mn-54) has been added to our catalog and is available for purchase through our partnership with the University of Missouri Research Reactor Center (MURR®). Mn-54 is used as a radiotracer in biomedical research.
The DOE IP is filling a gap in the market as there are no other domestic producers of this radioisotope, and thereby mitigating risk associated with supply chains from sensitive foreign countries.
