SNMMI starts this week

Will you be attending the 2024 SNMMI Annual Meeting in Toronto, Canada, later this week? If so, the U.S. Department of Energy Isotope Program (DOE IP) and the National Isotope Development Center (NIDC) team look forward to connecting with you.

In addition to our DOE IP booth in the exhibit hall (#625), we’ll be participating in a number of technical sessions throughout the conference. This includes “CE25: DOE Session – Support of Domestic Production of Isotopes” on Sunday from 5:00-6:15 pm. During this session, Dr. Ethan Balkin, DOE IP Manager for Isotope R&D, will provide an update on astatine-211 and DOE IP’s role in the World Astatine Community.
